All that rumbles, jingles, rattles, buzzes, vibrates, howls or simply is silent in meaningful ways can be viewed, grasped or interpreted as music. In its imperceptibleness it encompasses everything; it is just as vast and empty as the space itself, and any longings or conceptions may be projected onto it at wish.
Music is obtrusive and often misunderstood.
Music can be appropriated and domesticated by incorporation into ones daily routines or by attributing self-picked functions to it.
What does music mean to me? Since my early childhood I have instinctively and rather blindly followed it in hope that one day it will reveal some secret knowledge and let me recognize another kind of beauty.
